This course provides an understanding of basic concepts and skills necessary to configure Check Point Firewall. CCSA certification validates a Security Administrator’s ability to maintain day-to-day operation of Check Point security solutions including creating and installing security policies, using logging and reporting features, and managing anti-spoofing, Network Address Translation (NAT), authentication, etc. While CCSE certification takes you to some advance learning like SSL VPN, QoS, Clustering, etc.
ADS CCMSE training to implement and configure Check Point Multi-Domain Security Management (MDSM) with Provider-1 for enterprise environments. CCSE certification is a prerequisite for CCMSE.
This Check Point official curriculum is taught on Secure Platform (Check Point’s operating system) and Windows only. After installation, the Check Point user interface and configuration is identical across all platforms.
