Citrix NetScaler 10 Essentials and Networking

The Citrix NetScaler 10 Essentials and Networking training program from ADS Africa allows participants to gain knowledge of fundamental concepts as well as advanced skills to operate in a Citrix NetScaler environment. Learn how to configure, operate, optimize, monitor, secure and troubleshoot a NetScaler system in a network framework.

This is a foundation level course specifically designed for individuals with limited or no experience with NetScaler. Participants will have access to virtual labs and hands on practical exercises which will help them understand the underlying concepts of Citrix NetScaler 10.0. However, the skills learned in this NetScaler training are common to previous versions of the product.

Course Objectives:

Participants will learn the following skills in depth, once they complete this Citrix NetScaler 10 training:

  • Identifying the functionalities and capabilities of NetScaler
  • Acquiring, configuring and managing licenses of NetScaler systems
  • Knowledge of network architecture of a NetScaler setup
  • Securing NetScaler using SSL
  • Configuring GSLB and load balancing in NetScaler environments
  • Implementing Tri Scale technology and clustering
  • Using traffic management and handling to optimize NetScaler system
  • Using logging tools to monitor and report NetScaler systems
  • Customizing NetScaler environments for content specific and traffic flow requirements
  • Using the available tools and techniques for troubleshooting NetScaler networks and connectivity
